Return & Refund Policy

At Molly Atelier, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy complies with applicable Italian law and the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers purchasing products online have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the courier), receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear written statement via email to:

• Product(s) to be returned

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying withdrawal.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Products must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers may choose their preferred courier service. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Molly Atelier cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or in case of defective or incorrect items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
• Personalized or customized products (where applicable)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter promptly.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Molly Atelier.

7. Return Address

The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved via email.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
